General sales conditions of offers to the general public:

1. Flight regime: The offers take place under the VFR flight regime (naked eye flight as defined by the Civil Aviation Regulation).

2. Our rates: The rate per person includes VAT, as well as insurance. No change of rate for a helicopter or a plane flight will be incurred between the period of the ticket’s validity and the letter of confirmation.

3. General sales conditions: Reservations cannot be made before buying a flight ticket.

For offers bought from HeliParis, or via one of its partners, the client has three months, from the date of issue of the invoice, ticket or gift coupon to make a reservation; after that period of validity, the offer will not take place, and no reimbursement will be given.

4. Confirmation of reservation: Reservations made by telephone – once the flight date has been decided, the client will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail, fax, or by post; this may be asked for at the embarkation of the aircraft.

5. Cancellation: HeliParis reserves the right to cancel a flight for the following reasons:

- bad meteorological conditions,
- lack of security,
- if the minimum number of passengers have not enrolled,
- cancellation of flight by one of our partners.

This cancellation may take place just before the take off, in which case HeliParis will not be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the client in order to come to the site.

In the case of cancellation by the client less than 72 hours before the flight, or in their absence on the day and at the fixed time of the flight, the trip will be neither reimbursed nor take place at a later date.

However, the client has the right to cancel their flight once for an unforeseen event (72 hours before it is due to take place), but HeliParis will impose the new time and date.

Any trip cancelled because of unfavourable weather conditions will take place at a later date.

6. Regulation: On demand by HeliParis, the client must produce a piece of identity and / or proof of conformation of the flight, before boarding one of the helicopters. HeliParis or the airline companies we charter, have the right to disembark any passenger or luggage which could present a danger for the security of the flight*.

* The weight and height of the passenger must not exceed 90 kilos and 1.85 meters.

7. Litigation: Any litigation, dispute, default of regulations or difficulties of any other nature, relative to our offers, will be submitted to the Paris Tribunal. Except those submitted to the jurisdiction of public law and order.

8. Insurance: The cost of insurance, covering every passenger in pursuance of civil liabilities related to the aircraft used are included. Objects brought by passengers are not taken into account by our insurers.

9. Sub-contracts: HeliParis reserves the right to sub-contract some of its offers to companies under the conditions aforementioned.

10. Legal regulations: The regulations of public transport offers are established by order of the SVS Agency*, commercial partner of HeliParis.
